Responsibilities

🧰 What You’ll Do:
Install poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing for playgrounds, pool decks, and more

Trowel rubber material to a smooth and even finish

Travel to job sites (mostly in Ontario) — occasional overnight stays required (accommodations provided)

Learn and apply techniques from experienced crew leaders

Qualifications

✅ Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Base Salary

TBD for the right candidate

Work Hours

Monday-Friday (Hours to be determined job to job)

Experience Requirements

Experience with troweling (rubber, concrete, stucco, or similar) is a bonus, but not required — we’ll train you on site
