Our client located in Oakville is looking for a Payroll Administrator for a temporary assignment, with a chance that it can go permanent! The Payroll Administrator is responsible for administering overall payroll and compensation for the Canada and US operations.

The key accountabilities of this position include:
- Processing bi-weekly payroll on ADP for both hourly and salaried employees;
- Primary contact with payroll providers, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and reporting requirements;
- Input all payroll transactions into ADP system including new hires and terminations, and preparation of ROE's;
- Assist with preparation of T4s, T4As, and pension adjustments;
- Prepare monthly reports;
- Balance government remittances.
