The qualified candidate will have a very customer-centric attitude. They will be expected to provide customer service both on the phones and at the counter. This individual will prepare quotes in a timely manner, and product source when needed. They must stay up to date with various promotions, as well as competitive pricing. The inside sales representative will be friendly, well-spoken and willing to initiate and engage with customers. They will help support both the Branch Manager and Account Manager, and at times, the job may require assistance with stock levels and order management.

Help to maintain the appearance of the store front • Receive orders and cross-reference with packing slips • Keep stock levels under control, and ensure stock rotation • Customer quotes and inquiries • Creates solutions when faced with customer issues or concerns • Ensures a smooth sales process • Aids with order preparation • Ongoing participation in webinars and vendor training to enhance understanding of product knowledge.
• Motivated and positive attitude • Working knowledge of Information Management System (IMS) • Demonstrates a willingness to search and source information • Active listener, and great communicator • Relevant product or industry knowledge (preferred, not required).
