- Entrepreneur capable of running his or her SBU (Small Business Unit) - Skillfully writes narrative responses for assigned RFPs. - Acts as Cycom’s ambassador to the customer and as the customer's representative within CYCOM. - Attains high level of customer satisfaction with identified strategic account customers. - Identifies potential sales opportunities. Nurtures customer's relationship. - Ensures maximum correlation between customer needs and CYCOM solution / support services - Position is home-based residing in the Niagara Region.
- Hands on experience with customer service - An ability to grasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement - Computer literate with workable knowledge of MS Office - Understanding of sales performance metrics - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Analytical and time-management skills - Graduate with 1-2 years sales / customer service experience
