Description: 

Execution of evening and afternoon buffets, preparing salads, sauces and desserts. 

Cooking on the line for a simple bar menu,maintaining and neat and tidy work space, preparing mise en place and cleaning line nightly.

Qualifications: 

Must have at least 2 years cooking experience, in culinary school or wanting to be an apprentice.

Work Hours: 
25-40 hours a week
