General Office Clerk

Description: 

Our Brantford client is currently looking for a General Office Clerk for a 2 month coverage.

Responsibilities: 

In this role you will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, order processing and expediting (supporting the sales team), preparing and sending out invoices, shipment tracking, supply management and other duties as required. 

Qualifications: 

The successful General Office Clerk will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity. A strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel is preferred as well as previous CRM experience. 

Work Hours: 
This role is 30 hours per week with flex schedule!
