We are seeking an employee to join the team at our busy office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a high-volume role requiring a high level of attention to detail, and have a strong proficiency with computers with the ability to quickly learn. -

Job Responsibilities - Prepare and process payroll using QuickBooks - Perform booking keeping, maintain books of accounts; journal entries, bank reconciliations, A/R, A/P, Address day-to-day bookkeeping/payroll related queries - Calculate and prepare HST and other government remittances - Prepare T1 tax returns - Administrative tasks included but not limited to responding to client emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner, maintaining files, managing the reception - Other duties as assigned
Excellent time management skills and ability to learn in fast paced environment Experience - Must have QuickBooks experience min 2 years (Required) - Bookkeeping experience min 2 years (Required) - Must have working knowledge of Cantax income tax preparation software - Advanced knowledge of Excel
Base Salary: 
competitive and negotiable, based on experience (Salary range $38,000 to $42,000)

40 per week
