As a Customer Service Representative you will handle inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. This position requires excellent communication skills; an enthusiastic approach to customer interactions; the ability to effectively handle information requests, compliments and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Must have excellent customer service skills
Strong vebal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of computers and ability to navigate between several screens in a timely fashion while entering accurate and detailed information (able to type a minimum of 20 words per minute)
Dependable and reliable
Enjoy a goal oriented environment
The ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors
Handle stressful situations with professionalism is a must
Prefer 6 months of customer service experience. Call center experience a plus.
Available to work various schedules
High school diploma or equivalent
Shift differentials – earn up to $15 per hour for working a 3:30pm to Midnight shift on our Technical Support campaign, once training is completed.
Paid professional training (starting day 1 of training)
Full-time shifts (40-44 hours/week - paid overtime after 44 hours/week)
Uncapped sales and/or collections bonus potential (varies by client). Our average collectors take home an extra $500 per month, with our top collectors earning over $1200 extra per month! Our top Account Services associate got paid $3200 in bonus last month!
