We are currently seeking a Permanent / Full-Time Stylist to join our team!

You will be an elevated leader on the sales team that creates an inspiring experience for the customer. This Stylist position is not a seasonal position, it is a long term role. You would be responsible for daily operations, styling, outfitting clients, creating natural relationships through personalized service, and product recommendations.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business which include, weekends, evenings and holidays.
daily operations which include open & closing procedures
utilizes social platforms and technology to inform clients of events and new product.
Styling and putting outfits together.
building lasting relationships through personalized service, and product recommendations to build a clientele.
maintain the visual standards of the store. ( ie cleaning, sanitizing, & organizing)
uphold to company policies & procedures and inventory accuracy.
open to participating in social media marketing, ie ( photo taking, live videos etc.)

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, preferably clothing retail industry
Trustworthy team player who is organized and excited to work
College Diploma
Ability to build rapport with clients
