Wrap It Up Raw is a fresh, health-focused food brand looking for an experienced Food Production Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling raw food products in a fast-paced production environment. You will play a key part in maintaining the quality, consistency, and freshness that our customers expect. Responsibilities
Prepare, portion, and assemble raw food products according to company recipes and specifications
Operate and clean production equipment including slicers, prep tools, and packaging machines
Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP food safety protocols
Monitor and maintain proper temperature control and cold chain management for raw ingredients
Package, label, and wrap finished products accurately and efficiently
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet freshness, weight, and presentation standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times
Meet daily production targets and report any equipment issues or food safety concerns to the supervisor
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines
Qualifications
1–2 years minimum experience in a food manufacturing or food production environment
Proven track record of meeting production quotas and deadlines
Experience working with raw, fresh, or organic food products preferred
Familiarity with cold storage, temperature logs, and food handling best practices
Food Handler Certificate or ServSafe Certification (required or must be willing to obtain)
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and FDA food safety compliance standards
Prior experience in wrap, sandwich, or meal kit assembly is a strong advantage

Experience Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing, food production, or food processing
Strong knowledge of food safety standards including GMP and HACCP protocols
Food Handler Certification or ServSafe Certification (preferred)
Experience with raw food handling — fruits, vegetables, proteins, or similar fresh ingredients
Ability to work in a cold or refrigerated production environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in wrap, meal kit, or sandwich assembly is a plus
