Responsibilities

Duties will include all normal receptionists’ functions, along with ensuring Patients have completed all forms , calling Patients, following up after bookings and after treatments. Monitoring and replying to social media inquiries

Qualifications

The candidate must be able to work very flexible hours including some early evenings. We are seeking someone who is highly motivated and self directed, can work appropriately in a professional environment, enjoys interacting and communicating with people in person and over the phone. Experience in the aesthetics field, proficiency with computers and social media are an asset.

work a minimum of 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday
