JOB PURPOSE:
As an Insurance Brokerage FENA works on behalf of our clients to find the best insurance solutions to meet their needs. Our Account Management team supports our Account Executives (Producers) in this task, working with a range of insurance companies to find the package and quote that best meets the client's requirements and then prepare the offer package, supporting the Executive to complete the deal and handle any subsequent support on claims, changes etc.
The Technician Support Representative (TSR) supports the Account Managers (AMs) in performing the essential functions of client management, which include aiding with service needs and making changes to existing accounts. The TSR must meet service delivery standards and perform essential functions to the quality and service standards agreed. Attention to detail is a must for this role along with a willingness to be part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities
New Business:
• Provides technical support to Account Managers to benefit clients and to reach Executive and agency’s strategic business goals.
• Support AMs in attending to clients’ needs by producing certificates, policies, endorsements and other related items; verifying their accuracy using established checklists
Retention:
• Help prepare summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals as needed for account review.
• Help Renew policies following agency standards; verifies each renewal’s accuracy; ensures that all renewals are processed.
• Help review/audit of policies; verifies accuracy and facilitates corrections, as needed, between client and carrier.
• Maintains and updates files in agency management system.
• Verifies policy and change information, facilitating corrections when necessary.
• Follow up on claims to ensure they are processed as required by insurers.
• Process incoming email and mail requests, responding promptly and appropriately.
