Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead and support daily quality operations across inspection, calibration, and metrology functions. Reporting to the Director of Quality and Engineering, this role ensures compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Quality Supervisor will provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to quality personnel, streamline inspection processes, and support cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and high standards of product quality.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Quality Inspection, Calibration, and Metrology teams.
Provide coaching, training, and regular performance feedback to quality personnel.
Communicate priorities clearly to the team and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Review and approve inspection reports, nonconformances, and other quality documentation.
Support Manufacturing, Methods Planning, Purchasing, Contracts, and Shipping with quality-related issues.
Participate in internal, customer, and certification audits (AS9100, NADCAP).
Analyze measurement and rejection data to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
Respond to customer corrective action requests and support RCCA (Root Cause & Corrective Action) processes.
Develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and manuals.
Ensure proper retention and organization of quality records and documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe departmental area, enforcing proper use of safety equipment.
Perform hands-on inspection or testing duties when required.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Experience:
High school diploma (required); technical trade school or post-secondary education preferred.
Minimum 5 years of aerospace or precision manufacturing experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection techniques, and regulatory standards.
Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
