Position Overview
We are currently hiring experienced and reliable AZ Drivers for long-haul routes across Canada and the United States as well as local and inter province. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, experienced with cross-border operations, and comfortable using E-Log systems. You will work with a dedicated dispatch team to ensure timely, secure deliveries while maintaining the highest service standards.

Compensation & Benefits
• $8,500 – $14,000+ per month (based on experience, performance, and location)

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate commercial trucks on long-haul Canada & U.S. routes
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Perform basic maintenance checks (fluids, general condition)
• Maintain accurate E-Logs, fuel records, and trip documentation
• Adhere to all Canadian and U.S. transportation regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining safety compliance

Qualifications

Qualifications
• Valid AZ License with clean Driver’s Abstract (required with application)
• Minimum 5 years verifiable commercial driving experience in North America
• Experience with cross-border (U.S./Canada) transportation
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and freight handling
• Experience using E-Log systems
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management & organization skills and a strong work ethic.
• Fluent in English

Base Salary

• $8,500 – $14,000+ per month (based on experience, performance, and location)
