Building Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

o Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
o Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
o Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
o Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with suppliers and subcontractors
o Develop and implement quality control programs
o Prepare progress reports

Qualifications

o OSSD or equivalent
o 5 years or more relevant work experience

Base Salary

$34.07/hour

Work Hours

40-44 hours weekly.
