Responsibilities

• Dishwashing & Sanitation: Operate commercial dishwashing equipment or hand-wash pots, pans, china, and utensils in accordance with public health and safety standards.
• Station Organization: Keep the dish pit and sink areas neat, organized, and free of clutter.
• Stocking: Put away clean dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment in designated storage spaces.
• Waste Management: Empty kitchen trash bins and replace liners regularly throughout the shift.
