General Shop Labour – Sign Shop

We are a busy and growing sign shop specializing in custom signage, printing, and installations. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking General Shop Labourer to join our team and support day-to-day operations. We are looking to hire for this position immediately. Interviews will be taking place from April 6th – 10th.
This is a seasonal position with an initial 6-month contract. There is potential for contract extension or transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs. Please note this is a temporary contract and is not eligible for benefits and profit sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with production of signs (cutting, trimming, assembling materials)
Prepare and organize materials for paint, fabrication and installation
Operate basic shop tools and equipment (training provided)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
Assist with loading/unloading materials and deliveries
Support installers when needed

Qualifications
Previous experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Experience working with hand tools and power tools
G license
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Attention to detail
Punctual and dependable
Base Salary
$19 - 21/hr
Work Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
