Wrap It Up Raw is a fresh, health-focused food brand seeking a reliable and hardworking Dish Cleaner & Kitchen Prep Associate to join our part-time team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitized kitchen environment and supporting our production team with basic food preparation tasks. Responsibilities
• Wash, sanitize, and dry all dishes, utensils, cutting boards, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment after each use
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station throughout each shift
• Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping fruits and vegetables
• Set up and break down prep stations before and after production
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness of trash and recycling areas
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and wipe down all surfaces and countertops
• Restock kitchen supplies, clean towels, and sanitizing solutions as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols at all times
• Support the production team with any additional tasks as directed by the supervisor
Qualifications
• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in dish cleaning, kitchen prep, or a related food service role
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and basic HACCP principles is a plus
• Experience working in a health-focused, organic, or raw food kitchen is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness and organization under pressure
• Comfortable with physical work including standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Food Handler Certificate preferred or must be willing to obtain upon hire

Experience Requirements
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or food production environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep up with production demands
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent part-time schedule
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
• Food Handler Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Comfortable working in a cold or refrigerated kitchen environment
