Responsibilities
Client Care & Consultations
Perform personalized skin consultations and create customized treatment plans
Treatments & Technology
Perform treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser hair removal
Safely operate and maintain advanced laser and aesthetic equipment
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Client Education
Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and product usage
Recommend professional skincare products to support optimal results
Clinic Operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment
Assist with inventory management
Accurately document client records and treatment details
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Physically demanding role requiring prolonged standing and repetitive hand movements
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
Deliver exceptional client experiences and build long-term relationships
Ensure clients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their visit
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a medical or clinical aesthetics setting required
Laser certification or proven laser experience required
Strong knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, and aesthetic procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
Passionate about helping clients achieve their skincare goals
Base Salary
Starting wage of $22/hour + tips & a Competitive Commission tier structure
