About the Role, We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant / Household helper to provide support across multiple private and corporate properties while assisting with personal, and corporate administrative tasks. This unique position offers a dynamic blend of responsibilities—ranging from household upkeep to office support—and requires someone who can work independently with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee the upkeep of multiple residential & commercial properties
• Provide general administrative support (emails, scheduling, filing, document management)
• Assist with meal preparation, menu planning, and grocery shopping
• Maintain household organization: cleaning, laundry, tidying, and decluttering
• Drive to appointments, errands, and property sites as needed
• Support seasonal gardening and outdoor maintenance
• Liaise with household contractors, vendors, and service providers
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and reliability
• Comfortable cooking and maintaining an organized home environment
• Previous experience in personal assisting, household & company management, or administrative roles is an asset
