Xealth is a division of Care24, a trusted healthcare staffing provider supporting long-term care, retirement homes, hospitals, and community partners across Ontario. We are launching Xealth—an innovative, fully integrated scheduling and vacancy-filling system designed to streamline operations and improve continuity of care.
Position Overview
The Product Solutions & Growth Specialist is the "face" of the Xealth platform. This high-energy role is focused on driving adoption through strategic marketing, persuasive sales pitches, and seamless client onboarding. You will be responsible for winning over new partners and ensuring they are successfully integrated into our ecosystem. While you will handle basic system troubleshooting and demonstrations, your primary mission is growth and engagement.

Responsibilities

Drive Sales & Adoption: Actively pitch the Xealth platform to prospective and existing clients, identifying their needs and demonstrating how our solution solves their staffing challenges.
• Dynamic Presenting: Lead high-impact system demonstrations and training sessions for both small and large groups.
• Marketing Execution: Execute marketing initiatives, including targeted email campaigns, promotional materials, and client-facing presentations.
• Onboarding & Success: Own the "go-live" process for new clients, providing hands-on training and follow-up to ensure long-term platform stickiness.
• Agile Problem Solving: Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical partners, translating client needs into technical requirements.
• Field Presence: Travel across the Niagara Region and Southern Ontario for site visits, product launches, and networking events.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For
We need a persuasive communicator who thrives in front of an audience. You should be able to think on your feet, pivot during a sales pitch, and simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
Qualifications & Skills
• Strong Sales/Marketing Background: Experience in business development, sales, or communications.
• Master Presenter: Exceptional public speaking skills; you must be comfortable leading meetings and "reading the room".
• Tech-Fluent: You don’t need to be a developer, but you must be highly comfortable using and explaining apps, CRM systems, and software platforms.
• Independent Drive: A self-starter who can manage a sales pipeline and marketing calendar with minimal supervision.
• Mobility: Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle for regular travel throughout Southern Ontario and maintain appropriate insurance coverage. A travel compensation package will be provided.
