Responsibilities

• Build product that is 100% perfect in appearance and functionality
• Read and interpret instructions and drawings and set up and use product assembly jigs
• Competently and safely use hand tools and other equipment assigned to build process
• Maintaining a clean and safe workstation is imperative to this role
• There is an expectation as reflected in our Core Values that all personnel are willing to cross train
• Follow work order scheduling in the stated prioritization unless otherwise notified
• Any discrepancies in work orders or any other irregularities be reported immediately
• Accurately use the scanning system to sign into jobs
• Ability to communicate and follow production scheduling and scanning cannot be overstated
• Flexibility in terms of weekly labour hour requirements as they flex with sales demands

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong hands-on skills
• Ability to perform physical and repetitive work which may require standing throughout the day
• Ability to work in a factory environment that does not guarantee consistent temperatures or noise levels
