Responsibilities
About the job
You will:
• advise on requirements and procedures for HR, finance, purchasing, and corporate support transactions.
• provide front-line technical support for business applications related to purchasing, finance, and HR.
• troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and prepare reports.
• process service orders promptly and efficiently.
• support the development of new programs and systems.
Qualifications
What you bring to the team
Technical expertise to:
• apply directives, policies, and procedures for corporate support programs (HR, finance, purchasing) to assess inquiries and resolve issues
• learn and use application software for payroll, HR, and finance systems
• understand computer systems, operating systems, LAN/WAN, telecommunications networks, diagnostic/security software, and recovery procedures to resolve technical issues
Customer support & communication skills to:
• collaborate effectively in a team and provide client support.
• apply customer service principles and techniques in a client-focused environment.
• communicate complex business processes clearly in both verbal and written formats.
Problem-solving & thinking skills to:
• research and adapt to new business lines to support customers and troubleshoot issues.
• analyze and resolve software and system problems related to corporate support programs.
• independently address customer inquiries on programs, policies, and procedures.
