Position: Warehouse Associate / Material Handler

Position Summary
We are seeking dependable, safety-focused, and motivated Warehouse Associates / Material Handlers to join our team. This is a high-volume warehouse operation that requires accuracy, efficiency, and a commitment to quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, replenishing, inspecting, repacking, and delivering materials accurately and on time while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting uninterrupted production flow. This position plays a critical role in achieving our productivity, inventory, quality, customer service, safety, and profitability objectives.

Responsibilities
• Receive, unload, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials.
• Pick, replenish, and deliver materials to designated warehouse and production locations.
• Inspect and repack customer parts according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material handling and inventory control procedures.
• Safely operate forklifts (tow motors) and other material handling equipment.
• Use RF scanner guns and warehouse computer systems to complete inventory transactions.
• Load and unload trailers while following all company safety procedures.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies, customer requirements, and health and safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Previous warehouse and/or material handling experience is required.
• Previous forklift (tow motor) operating experience is required.
• Valid forklift certification is considered an asset.
• Experience using RF scanner guns and warehouse computer systems is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to inspect, sort, and repack parts with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Additional Requirements
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Applicants must have their own transportation, as our facility is not accessible by public transit.
Base Salary
• Starting wage: $25.75 per hour • Wage progression up to $27.25 per hour • Comprehensive benefits package following successful completion of the probationary period. • Unionized workplace.
Work Hours
Schedule & Availability
• Must be able to work rotating day, afternoon, and night shifts.
• Must be available to work Saturdays as required.
• Overtime may be required based on operational requirements.
